(This recast inhabits an alternate universe where all the actors are the right ages at the same time.)
OKAY HEAR ME OUT. I know that Shatner’s a total parody of himself now, but he actually wasn’t a bad actor back before Star Trek, and I feel like he’s kind of analogous to Chris Evans, in that he was kind of a pretty boy who no one thought was a very good actor. Also, I’ll fight anyone who says that he wasn’t a freaking gorgeous young man.
